Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Sr. AFRL Program Leader to act as a customer interface for technology development programs and mission planning for Space Force and AFRL.

This on-site role at Kirtland AFB requires coordinating with engineers, government personnel, and contractors to deliver analyses, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering or program management.
• Demonstrated leadership within a program office or matrixed technical organization.
• Ability to work with senior customer personnel in a government environment.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Aerospace expertise to provide responsive recommendations to Space Force and AFRL leadership.
• Lead, communicate and coordinate across organizations, management, and customers for timely delivery of strategies and analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute mission portfolios and programs.
