Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank Pittsburgh seeks a Senior AHP Specialist to support the Affordable Housing Program and related community development products. This role manages processing, analysis, reporting and customer service for AHP and similar programs within the Community Investment department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy, Urban Planning or related major or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years' experience in banking, housing or economic development with at least four years in affordable housing.
• Experience developing reports with data analytics software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to underwrite complex real estate transactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports major functions of the affordable housing grant program, including review of grant applications and feasibility based on underwriting criteria.
• Underwrites funding transactions for approved AHP projects and monitors compliance through the project period.
• Reviews and approves disbursements and post-completion reports as needed.
• Develops and maintains databases for Community products; represents CID in system development and maintenance.
• Presents data and policy analyses to management, Council, Board and FHFA as required.
• Ensures data integrity and timely monthly reconciliations for AHP and related programs.
