Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks an Affordable Housing Compliance Manager to oversee LIHTC and Section 8 programs, verify certifications, manage recertifications, and ensure regulatory adherence across multifamily properties in Florida. The role covers income calculations, data processing, and on-site inspections while coordinating with staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant compliance experience, knowledge of IRS 8823 and HUD 4350.3, and strong leasing and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance for Tax Credit and Affordable Housing (Section 8) leasing.
• Strong knowledge of IRS 8823 and HUD 4350.3 guidance.
• Formal training or certification in related field preferred (COS or CPO).

Responsibilities

• Review household certifications for compliance across properties.
• Coordinate resident recertifications, inspections, and data collection.
• Maintain waiting lists and resident files per policy and regulatory guidance.
• Ensure accurate income, assets, rent calculations and reporting.
