Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a high-impact Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our expanding partner network and drive performance across channels. You will manage relationships, onboarding, and ROI reporting to ensure consistent growth.

You will engage in data-driven optimization, leveraging tools like Everflow and Looker Studio, while collaborating with internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. This is a fully remote role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in digital marketing across channels (SEO, paid social, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting tools.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and nurture relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates and integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate traffic, conversions and ROI reports.
• Analyze results to identify improvements and scale campaigns.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored affiliate funnels for max conversions.
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes.

Your RoleReporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI

• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers and so on
• Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.)
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
