Gen3 Marketing seeks a Senior Affiliate Manager to own and scale client portfolios through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and strong relationship management. You will lead end-to-end affiliate programs, optimize performance, and mentor a team to deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities include recruiting top-tier affiliates, negotiating partnerships, analyzing performance, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations, campaigns, and optimizations.
• Deliver results: Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and continuously improve ROI.
• Grow partnerships: Recruit, activate, and negotiate with top-tier affiliates to unlock new revenue.
• Advise clients: Present insights, influence decisions, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Strengthen programs: Drive acquisition and retention initiatives across the affiliate channel.
• Ensure excellence: Oversee reporting, budgets, compliance, and promotional execution.
• Lead meetings: Run client reviews and strategy sessions to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Solve problems: Act as escalation point for client, partner, and program issues.

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy, strong relationships, and hands‑on execution. You’ll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do
