Job summary

ExoTerra seeks Test Technicians to join our test operations team, supporting environmental and functional testing of aerospace hardware including thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration, EMI, and pressure testing. The roles span Level I (entry) and Level II (experienced), with formal training and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed test procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment for environmental and functional testing.
• Support TVAC, vibration, EMI, and pressure testing operations.
• Operate test equipment including multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition systems.
• Prepare hardware for testing, including assembly and configuration.
• Monitor test parameters and collect data.
• Read and interpret test procedures and drawings.
• Document test results and maintain traceability.
