Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Systems Engineering within Aerospace, Defense, or Avionics.
• Hands-on experience with DO‑178C and/or DO‑278A.
• Strong understanding of requirements management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support systems engineering activities across the full program lifecycle.
• Develop, review, and manage system requirements and architecture.
• Apply DO-278A processes to ensure airworthiness compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure system integrity.
• Conduct system-level trade studies and risk assessments.
• Support customer interactions and program milestone events.
• Develop and review test plans and procedures.
