Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager for a high-growth aerospace/defense organization. You will lead procurement and supply chain activities for complex electrical components, manage large BOMs, and drive cost reductions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain management in engineering.
• Experience managing direct reports in supply chain and operations.
• Aerospace/Defense industry experience is required.
• Experience with high-mix, low-volume environments and large BOMs.
• Strong knowledge of planning, warehouse management, cost reduction, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• FAR and D-FAR regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain from planning to shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure FAR/D-FAR compliance in all activities.
• Forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
• Establish supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff for continuous improvement.
