Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related field.
• 5+ years in structural analysis, dynamics, or launch vehicle dynamics.
• Experience with NASTRAN, MATLAB, Python.
• Experience creating FEMs with FEMAP, Simcenter 3D, BETA CAE, NX Nastran or similar.
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and analytical methods.
• Experience with time- and frequency-domain signal analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural dynamics, vibration, and loads analyses for spacecraft and launch vehicle systems.
• Develop dynamic models and simulations for ascent, landing, and mission phases.
• Analyze environmental factors affecting aerospace structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to optimize designs for weight and dynamic performance.
• Support test planning with guidance on instrumentation and validation activities.
• Perform modal analysis, vibration testing, and correlate models with test data.
• Define operating limits and flight envelopes based on analytical results.
• Prepare reports and engineering documentation with findings and recommendations.
• Contribute across concept, design, analysis, testing, verification, and flight support stages.
