Qualifications

• 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing or production engineering.
• 5+ years with large structural assemblies.

• Proven cross-functional leadership in a multi-organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and coordinate manufacturability and assembly processes for metallic and composite parts.
• Drive trade studies, DFM decisions, optimization, and program-level strategy.
• Lead multiple high-impact projects with technical risk or cross-team integration.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving for multi-disciplinary challenges.
• Contribute to greenfield production system design including layout and facility planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
