Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance to aerospace standards and regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Perform static, fatigue, damage tolerance, and dynamic analyses of aerospace structures using FEA tools such as ANSYS.
• Develop and validate high-fidelity FEA models with proper meshing and boundary conditions.
• Interpret results and recommend design improvements for durability and weight.
• Prepare technical reports detailing methodologies, results, and conclusions.
• Collaborate with design, materials, and stress teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Support design reviews and project milestones with structural analysis expertise.
• Develop new analytical methods and automation scripts to improve processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex structural challenges within schedule and quality constraints.
