Qualifications

• Experience applying SPC in manufacturing and product development.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and measurement devices.
• Experience with PPAP, FAI, FMEAs, Control Plans, and Quality Alerts.
• AS9100 and ISO14001 awareness.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to review contracts and customer-specific requirements.
• Background checks and security/testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Support quality management systems adherence.
• Prepare PPAP, FAI, FMEAs, Control Plans, and related docs.
• Lead CAPA teams to resolve customer, supplier, and production issues.
• Apply SPC tools and methods as needed.
• Coordinate measurement evaluations and testing (Gage R&R, MSA).
• Participate in audits of Core Processes and implement corrective actions.
• Train inspectors and create work instructions.
• Support APQP with cross-functional teams.
