Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar required.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace or technology vertical.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering projects (min five major projects).
• Experience with project management tools and elements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed technical and program goals on multiple projects.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of new or revised proposals for projects.
• Perform contract reviews and collaborate with customer on issues.
• Document a project quality plan and lead development of documents.
• Lead team in developing project scope or develop independently.
• Establish the project team and communicate technical requirements.
• Monitor progress to deliver on time, on budget, with technical excellence.
• Enforce contract and project quality plan compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and designers.
• Manage changes to project scope.
• Coordinate between disciplines, vendors, and field.
• Provide overall project leadership and build cross-functional teams.
• Interface with customers to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and execute detailed resource and project plans.
• Drive successful execution and report to Belcan and customer leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
