Job summary

Valcor Engineering Corporation, a leading Aerospace Fluid Control Components company, seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager to oversee complex programs from development through manufacturing, test and delivery.

Strong financial and leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, ensuring on-time performance, and coordinating engineering, quality and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex programs.
• Aerospace experience preferred but not required.
• BSME (or equivalent) engineering degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Ensure programs stay within awarded budgets.
• Lead a team of program managers.
• Maintain schedule controls to meet contract requirements.
• Produce contractual submittals and program updates per contract.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and act as the face of Valcor.
• Understand business, accounting, QA, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
• Require thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques.
