Job summary

Vitron Manufacturing in the United States seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead aerospace customer programs from award through production and delivery. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Production to ensure on-time, on-budget, high‑quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of aerospace program management, strong customer relations, and proven contract negotiation skills, with AS9100 familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of aerospace program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex customer programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production planning.
• Experience managing customer expectations, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and supplier agreements.
• Experience with AS9100 or similar quality management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned aerospace customer programs throughout the entire program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program objectives, schedules, quality requirements, and financial goals.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated program schedules and project plans.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Lead internal program reviews, production status meetings, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve technical and production challenges.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and other business agreements.
• Support proposal development, contract review, and program startup activities.
• Monitor inventory, forecasting, material availability, and supplier performance to support production schedules.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and program metrics.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and company quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage program financial performance, including budgets, cost tracking, and profitability.
