Job summary

The role partners with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership to plan, execute, and monitor programs, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals. Onsite in Pine Brook, NJ with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum eight years leading complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated environments.
• Experience with IRAD initiatives and program reviews.
• Strong cost, schedule, risk management and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development programs and IRAD initiatives from planning through execution.
• Define scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies and provide status updates.
