Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years with a related Master’s degree.
• Mininum of 5 years of demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in aviation/aerospace.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers prior to and/or after sale, developing and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial customers, providing exceptional customer service from a sustainment perspective.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute maintenance events, upgrades, and modifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
