Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• Associate degree in a related discipline with 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 5+ years of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead development and maintenance of manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions, and as-built documentation.
• Develop manufacturing concepts, plans, and strategies aligned with production objectives.
• Prepare build analyses and cost estimate reports.
• Lead supplier integration to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Provide shipside support to resolve manufacturing issues as needed.
