Job summary
Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Planner – Electrical Wiring & Installation Planning in Renton, WA to support aerospace manufacturing by developing, revising, and maintaining electrical wiring installation plans and related documentation.
This role collaborates with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve production issues and implement improvements. The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years in manufacturing, strong ability to read engineering drawings, and
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- 1+ years in manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, specs, and docs.
- Experience supporting manufacturing engineering processes and installation planning.
- Familiarity with engineering change management and manufacturing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Process PARs within EWITS.
- Perform producibility reviews and release LCC engineering changes.
- Create, revise, and maintain OSIPs for releases.
- Update installation plans using CAPPII.
- Revise WIs within CMES.
- Reallocate wire bundles and LMIs for emergent needs.
- Verify accuracy of WIs, BOMs, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production objectives.
- Investigate and resolve production issues affecting factory operations.
- Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and readiness.
