Job summary

You will perform supplier source selection, contract administration, and PO placement, while coordinating with functional teams and preparing bid packages.

Candidates typically have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience with RFPs, negotiations, and DFARS/FAR compliance; experience with SAP, Aerocode, and LMAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• 3+ years of related procurement experience
• Experience with single-source RFPs, competitive RFPs, RFP documentation and PO folders
• Familiar with FAR/DFARS procurement guidance and subcontract management

Responsibilities

• Manage long- and short-term procurements for hardware and raw materials
• Perform supplier source selection, contract administration and PO placement
• Prepare bid packages, analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions and write awards
• Administer subcontracts and interface with functional organizations
• Support development of innovative procurement solutions and assume additional responsibilities as needed
• Understand procurement under FAR/DFARS and manage supplier cost, schedule and performance
