Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ten years minimum manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read and write in English proficiently.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform advanced mechanical testing to support product acceptance, qualification, and validation.
• Conduct tensile, torque, push-out, vibration, and other specialized mechanical tests.
• Perform Rockwell hardness testing and alloy verification.
• Prepare, section, mount, grind, and polish test specimens for metallurgical evaluation.
• Perform in-process, final, receiving, and qualification inspections.
• Analyze test results and identify nonconformances or unusual test outcomes.
• Prepare inspection and laboratory reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and metallurgical testing equipment.
