Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related curriculum applicable to the job, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 13 years specific technical discipline or 15 years broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelor's.
• Experience credit for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Masters and 4 years for PhD in fields applicable to this job.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire engineering project of major complexity within established scope.
• Make technical decisions with important impact on extensive engineering activities.
• Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
• Conceive and plan investigations in areas lacking engineering precedents.
