TASE Global, a trusted aerospace and precision manufacturing company in Phoenix, seeks an experienced Buyer/Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing for raw materials, tooling, and outside processing services. You will negotiate terms, monitor deliveries, and work closely with planning, engineering, and quality teams to support on-time production.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing purchasing, strong supplier relationships, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing purchasing processes, lead times, and inventory management.
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, terms, and delivery commitments.
• Experience sourcing raw materials, tooling, or outside processing services.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems to manage purchasing and material requirements.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage purchasing activities for raw materials, tooling, equipment, supplies, and outside processing services.
• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery accuracy.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, availability, lead times, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supplier agreements to maximize value.
• Monitor open purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material availability to support production schedules.
• Identify supply chain disruptions and develop proactive solutions to minimize delays.
• Coordinate outside processing services such as heat treating, anodizing, plating, coating, and other processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Accounting to support production efficiency.
