Job summary

Entegee is seeking a senior Quality/Audit lead to direct and scale audit programs across aerospace products. You will plan, execute, and report audits, drive corrective actions, and ensure configuration management is integrated with quality programs.

You will collaborate with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to uphold compliance and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years aerospace industry experience (aerospace forgings preferred).
• Proven experience leading large-scale audit programs.
• Strong understanding of configuration planning and configuration management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within quality organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale audit programs, including product audits and compliance assessments.
• Oversee audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action activities.
• Manage configuration planning and configuration management processes.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to quality teams and audit activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
