Qualifications

• 8+ years in wind tunnel and propulsion testing for electric/hybrid UAVs or eVTOL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and LabVIEW.
• Experience with NI data acquisition hardware and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute aerodynamic and propulsion tests, including wind tunnel and motor testing at onsite facilities.
• Build and maintain DAQ systems and data pipelines; develop test fixtures with CAD/rapid prototyping.
• Calibrate sensors, process data, and evaluate thrust, power, efficiency, acoustics, and thermal performance.
• Produce comprehensive test reports for design reviews and simulations.
