Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Senior AEM Fullstack Developer to architect and deliver scalable digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will bridge front-end and back-end, crafting components, integrations, and services for high-performance web experiences.

Join a remote LATAM-enabled team while collaborating with US clients. You’ll mentor peers, contribute to CI/CD workflows, and participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring quality, reliability, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of fullstack/web development experience.
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or AEM Cloud Service).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS within the AEM CMS.
• Experience with HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL in AEM ecosystems.
• Experience with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong English communication for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fullstack AEM solutions, building frontend components and backend services.
• Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL.
• Implement backend logic with Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM with external APIs and enterprise systems using REST/GraphQL.
• Lead code reviews and enforce fullstack coding standards and AEM best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share AEM development patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/Design and QA throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management.
