Job summary

HAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior AEM Developer to design, develop, and support scalable AEM-based digital solutions. You will work across the tech stack to build enterprise web applications and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes AEM 6.x / Cloud Service, Java with Sling/OSGi, HTL, REST integrations, and CI/CD practices within an Agile team. Strong problem-solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with strong AEM experience.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly.
• Experience developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/CI-CD.
• Agile/Scrum methodology and strong debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, services, and custom OSGi bundles.
• Work extensively with Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and HTL.
• Develop and maintain AEM Sites and Content Fragments.
• Work with AEM Cloud Service / AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud deployment processes.
• Integrate AEM with REST APIs, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components and implement responsive web solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/UI designers, QA, product owners, and other development teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design and estimation.
• Ensure solutions follow Adobe and enterprise development best practices.
