Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Digital Experience Platforms to define and execute product strategy for AEM, EDS, and Vercel. You will bridge business stakeholders with platform engineering, architecture, security, and application teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

You will drive platform adoption, manage backlogs, and guide investments while aligning with enterprise goals and transformation initiatives across Adobe and cloud-based services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role within enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience managing digital experience, content management, or web application platforms.
• Strong experience with AEM, EDS, Vercel, Next.js, CDN (Akamai) and AWS.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for the AEM, Vercel, Akamai, and EDS platforms.
• Prioritize and manage the platform backlog, balancing business demand, security, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive platform reliability, performance, and security including analytics, uptime, and incident management.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, marketing and stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions and accelerate adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budget planning, and executive reporting on platform health and value.
