Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior AEM Developer in New York to design and implement AEM components, dialogs, and workflows. You will integrate frontend tech with AEM and build robust backend services using Java, Sling Models and OSGi while supporting content publishing and authoring workflows.

The role emphasizes scalable architecture, best-practice AEM patterns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• AEM development with UI framework.
• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
• Implement features using AEM Sites / AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Customize AEM functionalities based on business requirements.
• Frontend & Backend Integration: Integrate frontend technologies with AEM; Develop backend services using Java / Sling Models / OSGi.
• Ensure content delivery and rendering with AEM.
• Enable content authors by creating reusable components and author-friendly templates.
• Support content publishing, versioning, and workflows.
• Follow AEM architecture & best practices including Dispatcher configuration and performance optimization.
• Work on scalable and reusable architecture.

Responsibilities
