Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced AEM and Java/J2EE developer for a senior role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will deliver enterprise-level CMS projects, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and collaborate across PM, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in AEM/J2EE, strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins/Maven/Hudson/Selenium), and a proven ability to lead initiatives with independent work style and solid documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 5–10 years of strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level AEM projects.
• Extensive experience with AEM Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, and Lucene Indexing.
• Strong understanding of core AEM technologies, including Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.
• Experience developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, and Selenium.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
• Experience in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and production support.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and technical explanation skills.
• Prior experience working on Apple projects will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
