  • AEM Developer with knowledge of UI framework.
  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
  • Implement features using:
  • AEM Sites / AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Customize AEM functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Frontend & Backend Integration.
  • Develop backend services using:
  • OSGi services.
  • Ensure seamless content delivery and rendering.
  • Content Management & Authoring Support.
  • Designing author‑friendly templates.
  • Support content publishing, versioning, and workflows.
  • Follow AEM best practices for:
  • Dispatcher configuration.
  • Performance optimization.
  • Work on scalable and reusable architecture.
Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 67733 to 108811.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
