Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior AEM Content Author to deliver high-quality, compliant content across Aetna Medicare public websites. You’ll work within Adobe Experience Manager to create scalable, accessible digital experiences, collaborating with product, UX, engineering, analytics, legal, and compliance in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

You will guide junior authors, drive governance and templates, and contribute to process improvements that ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content authoring.
• Expert Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing Technology, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Author, manage, and optimize complex web content within Adobe Experience Manager to support acquisition and retention goals.
• Ensure content meets accessibility, SEO, brand, and regulatory standards in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they impact delivery.
• Troubleshoot content and rendering issues independently and partner with engineering when deeper technical support is needed.
• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance throughout the full content development lifecycle.
• Work within an Agile team to plan, refine, and deliver content aligned to roadmap priorities.
• Lead by example and advocate for strong content and experience decisions.
