Our mission is to free up time for students to focus on sports, arts, entrepreneurship, and other holistic development activities.

We are seeking a visionary leader to pioneer an AI-driven operational framework, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all our locations. Join us to harness cutting-edge AI and automation technologies to create a scalable, efficient, and consistent operational model, positioning our network of campuses as the gold standard in educational excellence.

In this role, you will utilize AI tools to create and refine our school campus model, implement AI systems for daily operational oversight, and continuously improve long-term operational processes. You will also manage the buildout of new campuses, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve final occupancy certification on time and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing
