We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking Senior Advisory Consultant to spearhead our AI-powered operational transformation. As the architect of our operational future, you'll blend cutting-edge AI technology with educational excellence to build a network of next-generation learning centers that set new standards in educational efficiency.

Your mission? To harness the latest in AI and automation to craft, implement, and optimize our revolutionary campus model, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations while maintaining the highest standards of educational delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Pioneer the integration of AI systems to revolutionize daily campus operations
• Architect and evolve our scalable franchise blueprint using state-of-the-art AI tools
• Lead the end-to-end process of bringing new campuses to life, from initial planning to final certification

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
