City of Cleveland is seeking a Senior Advisor to the Mayor to advance strategic priorities and strengthen city government. You will lead high-priority initiatives that require enterprise-wide coordination and translate executive priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
The role reports to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Mayor and works across departments to foster cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The position helps departments work together, address challenges, improve how work gets done, and ensure important initiatives move forward. The role focuses on citywide priorities and cross-department work rather than managing the day-to-day operations of individual departments.
The ideal candidate is an experienced strategist, project manager, and change leader with a passion for improving public sector performance.
This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Mayor.
