Adecco is actively recruiting a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition for a short-term 6-week contract in South Jordan, UT. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across the U.S.

and Canada with a hybrid schedule and a strong emphasis on talent strategy and stakeholder collaboration. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in large-scale recruiting, be proficient with Workday or similar ATS, and excel at sourcing and pipeline development while delivering an outstanding candidate

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a large global organization.
• Experience recruiting across the United States and Canada.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS.
• Strong sourcing, talent pipelining, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging recruiting analytics, reporting, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition position in South Jordan, UT . This is a great opportunity to further your existing recruiting and talent acquisition skills while learning new ones to assist you in your career. This is a short-term 6-week contract assignment with the potential for extension. • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite per week

• Weekly paycheck

• Pay: $53.58 - $57.14 per hour

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $53.58 to $57.14 per hour
