Job summary

Sentinel Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop a new territory selling retirement plan Record-Keeping and Third Party Admin services to financial advisors. This remote role requires travel for in-person meetings and targets the Pacific Coast market (CA, OR, WA, HI, AK).

You will build advisor channels, nurture partnerships, and manage a balanced pipeline through cold outreach, email, calls, and webinars while delivering trusted advisory relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a B2B sales cycle role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new territory by prospecting advisors and establishing partner/referral relationships.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and manage a balanced pipeline via outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars and meetings.
• Identify high-value activities and target decision-makers; qualify opportunities quickly.
• Communicate with colleagues at all organizational levels.
