Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an AS Service Relationship Manager to deliver dedicated service to top-tier RIAs, understanding their business needs and supporting them to manage their firms and goals.

You will maintain strong internal partnerships, manage advisor relationships, communicate policy changes, and help drive adoption of Schwab tools while proactively addressing risk. Some travel may be required to meet clients in person.

• Manage workflow and projects for primary advisor relationships in a fast-paced team environment.
• Maintain strong communication between internal partners, including sales and leadership.
• Grow existing client relationships by influencing positive change and communicating policy changes.
• Demonstrate understanding of Schwab tools and drive adoption with solutions.
