Vanguard is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in the Malvern area to serve as a key client-facing expert for personalized indexing and separately managed accounts. You will build trusted advisor relationships, present investment concepts, and collaborate across teams to enhance client outcomes.

You will work with financial advisors, client service, and portfolio management teams in a hybrid environment, leveraging investment analytics to drive growth and client success.

Formación

• Eight+ years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 license obtained or ability to obtain.
• Experience with financial advisors, advisory firms, or institutional clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Experience with SMAs, portfolio management, investment management or wealth solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and advisor organizations to support growth and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client and advisor communications related to personalized investment solutions.
• Present investment strategies, portfolio concepts, and personalized indexing capabilities to advisors and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with client service, portfolio management, training, and business development teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Provide expertise related to SMAs, portfolio construction, investment management, and personalized indexing solutions.
• Conduct portfolio analysis, performance attribution, and risk discussions using investment analytics tools.
• Support advisor education efforts on personalized indexing solutions and outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic client initiatives and business development activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client engagement and strengthen advisor relationships.
