Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking Certified Financial Advisors in Malvern, PA to build long-term client relationships, plan financial goals, and deliver tailored investment strategies. This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote Mondays and Fridays, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates hold a CFP designation, have Series 7/63/66 or the ability to obtain, and bring 3–5 years of advisory experience.

Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• Series 7/63/66 (or ability to acquire within 3 months of assuming position).
• Three years (Financial Advisor) or Five years (Senior Financial Advisor) of advisory experience, specifically in advice planning, book of business management, and relationship management.
• Shown experience managing a book of business with a track record of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Apply trust and estate planning knowledge to help preserve client’s wealth.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
• Positive and resilient change agent while fostering collaboration as both a peer and business partner.
