The role partners with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Consumer Experience teams to align product roadmaps with client needs, reduce fragmentation, and create cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Benefits Navigation, Member Experience, Direct to Consumer, and pharmacy solutions.
• Develop client-specific strategies linking consumer needs to product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align roadmaps and priorities.
• Translate market and client feedback into actionable insights for Sales and Product.
