Job summary

Osaic in the United States seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on advisor compensation to drive complex analytics and system integrations across broker-dealer operations.

You will interpret compensation data, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology. A hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days in office) is required at one of the listed hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, interpretation, and translation of complex business and compensation requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to evaluate compensation data and generate insights for decisions.
• Serve as SME in advisor compensation structures, financial systems, and broker-dealer operations.
• Design solutions to complex business problems requiring independent judgment and evaluation of multiple variables.
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and develop enhancements including automation strategies and analytics solutions.
• Provide oversight for testing (QA/UAT) aligned with compensation logic and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to align on objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
