Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in advisor compensation, financial systems, and broker-dealer operations. You will analyze complex compensation structures, data tables, and system integrations, applying independent judgment to design scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Business/Systems Analysis within financial services or similar.
Advanced knowledge of compensation structures and financial data analysis.
Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex problems.
Strong analytical capability to synthesize data into insights.
Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Alteryx) and system integrations.
Experience designing automation and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and translation of complex compensation and system requirements.
Apply analytics to evaluate compensation data and identify trends.
Serve as SME in advisor compensation, financial systems, and broker-dealer ops.
Design solutions for complex business problems with independent judgment.
Diagnose inefficiencies and develop automation and analytics enhancements.
Oversee testing strategies (QA/UAT) for compensation logic and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to align objectives.
Evaluate risks and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Develop analytic frameworks, reporting models, and insights for executives.
