You will guide teams through all aspects of business continuity planning and drive high-visibility improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes using technology to amplify capabilities and deliver robust resilience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in information technology or related field and minimum 8 years of experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies.
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving resilience initiatives in large, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Builds deep relationships with business leaders, providing expert strategies to strengthen business resilience.
• Develops resilience strategies that combine emerging technologies with a people-centered approach.
• Leads end-to-end implementation of the business continuity framework for designated areas.
• Advises leaders during disruptive events to enable effective recovery.
• Develops incident response plans and reports to support strategy and direction for management.
