SIXGEN seeks a Senior Red Team Operator in a hybrid role based in Washington, D.C. You will simulate real-world cyberattacks, conduct reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation activities, and develop tools to evade detection while reporting findings to stakeholders.

The team collaborates across blue and purple teams, you will mentor junior operators, deliver technical reports, and help strengthen security controls for government and critical infrastructure clients.

Qualificações

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• CRTO certification is required.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on red team or government offensive ops experience, plus 2 years leading such operations.

Responsabilidades

• Simulate real-world cyberattacks to assess security controls and incident response.
• Perform reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation tasks using TTPs.
• Develop and use custom tools to evade detection and maintain stealth during engagements.
• Collaborate with blue/purple teams to improve detection and response.
• Document findings and deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
