Job summary

The Senior Enterprise BI and Analytics Analyst at The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. partners with advancement leadership, fundraisers, Alumni Relations, and IT to translate business needs into robust data products.

You will design dashboards and metrics, ensure data accuracy, and enable self‑service reporting across the advancement organization. You will own reporting for Grateful Patient programs, donor pipeline, and campaign progress while aligning with CASE standards and modern CRM

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) with data modeling and dashboard design for leadership audiences.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience with CRM/data integration and HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for advancement leadership and campus partners.
• Lead development of Grateful Patient metrics and donor pipeline reporting.
• Define secure, HIPAA-compliant data flows for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with enterprise units to deliver reporting on relationships, sponsorship revenue, and prospect management.
• Develop requirement analyses, functional specs, and data visualizations in partnership with stakeholders.
• Train and support end users in self-service reporting and data governance practices.
