Position: Senior AdTech Customer Data Solution Architect
Location: Remote - USA

Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight over AdTech and CDP platforms.
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and scalability of AdTech solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AdTech to drive system improvements.
- Assess and integrate next-gen CDPs for data unification, segmentation, and analytics, supporting personalization and campaign execution.
- Implement universal identifiers like UID 2.0, PAIR, and Ramp ID to enhance data interoperability and identity resolution.
- Ensure seamless integration of AdTech platforms with the MarTech ecosystem (e.g., CMS, CRM, Clean Rooms, Digital Products) for efficient audience segmentation, retargeting, and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize paid media activation, leveraging CRM and CDP data for targeted campaigns.
- Develop strategies to collect, manage, and leverage customer data across all digital touchpoints while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Work with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure architectural designs comply with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other data privacy laws.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems/technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture.
- Proven expertise in AdTech architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale ad delivery systems and their integration with CRM and CDP platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk).
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and integrating enterprise-level CDP and AdTech solutions.
- Knowledge of NoSQL data platforms, ETL, and data ingestion protocols.
- Experience with CDP platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Epsilon, Salesforce CDP.
- Familiarity with CRM and CIAM platforms is a plus.
- Deep understanding of customer data lifecycle, including identity resolution, consent management, and segmentation.
- Extensive knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers.
- Familiarity with data enrichment techniques and tools.
- Experience with cloud services like MS, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management and software development.
