Job summary

Google's gTech Ads team is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to advise customers and serve as the regional service authority for major product areas. You will translate customer needs into scalable technical specifications and drive high-quality technical-product deliverables across ads and publisher products.

You will bridge media consultancy and engineering, ensure deployments meet data and business constraints, and partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience implementing web and ad tech products for external partners or customers.
• Experience in system design or code evaluation (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Experience in API integrations or server-to-server technologies.
• Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms or Google Cloud services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to develop proof-of-concept or prototype applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure, data strategy, and pain points.
• Lead deep-dive technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability and best practices.
• Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the customer strategy and coordinating with Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional gTech teams to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
