Job summary

RCR Technology is seeking an experienced Adobe Form Designer to design and implement enterprise forms. You will translate business requirements into scalable, multilingual PDFs and form solutions, integrating with SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.

Responsibilities include development, testing, deployment, and production support, plus mentoring junior staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in forms/document management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise forms development and document management.
• Hands-on with SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe, AEM Forms, LiveCycle, or Acrobat.
• Experience integrating forms with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other systems.
• Strong knowledge of content management and records management.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to design multilingual, accessible forms.
• Develop templates, routing, archival, and retrieval processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex enterprise forms using Adobe Forms and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable form solutions.
• Integrate forms with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architects and integration teams on APIs and data interfaces.
• Lead testing, deployment, and production support for form solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts.
