Job summary

Neshent Technologies seeks a Senior CJA Implementation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and reporting of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics alongside a website integration. The role will support the project from technical architecture through post-launch performance analysis.

You will map website data into AEP, design XDM schemas, validate data in the AEP data lake, and configure CJA connections, data views, and dashboards while supporting post-launch performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Adobe CJA.
• Experience with AEP and XDM schema design.
• Experience with data mapping, data validation, and AEP data lake.
• Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, and filters.
• Experience building CJA dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, customer journey tracking, attribution, and conversion analysis.
• Experience working with website development and analytics implementation teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Adobe CJA solutions.
• Map website data from development teams into AEP and design XDM schemas.
• Validate data in the AEP data lake before integration with CJA.
• Configure AEP Datastreams to support future-state data collection.
• Set up and manage CJA connections and data views.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, including executive dashboards.
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot implementation issues.
